The structural adjustment project of Yangzi Oil Refinery includes 64 large pieces of equipment for centralized hoisting, with a net weight of about 17,207 tons and a lifting weight of about 19,801 tons. Among them, there are 4 large-scale equipment with a lifting weight of more than 1,000 tons, and 5 large-scale equipment with a height of more than 70m. It is planned to invest in crawler cranes of 2000 tons, 1250 tons, 800 tons, 400 tons and 280 tons. The process is interspersed with the hoisting of sulfur recovery, S Zorb, product refining devices and other reactors, towers and large containers, and the construction period is 8 months (the operation period is 6 months).

The R105 hydrogenation reactor of the residual oil hydrogenation unit is the first large-scale hoisting model. Its transportation and hoisting operations affect a wide area, have many risks and hidden dangers, and require high technical expertise.
