CASE APPLICATION
Petrochemical
Chemical plant refers to the petroleum process plant which uses petroleum or natural gas as raw material, mainly produces high purity ethylene and propylene, and produces a variety of petrochemical raw materials by side. Ethylene is obtained by pyrolysis, compression and separation of pyrolysis raw material in ethylene plant at high temperature. At the same time, important by-products such as propylene, butadiene, benzene, toluene and xylene are obtained.
The main devices are: ethylene, polyolefin, EO/EG, national four sets, styrene, etc.
CASE APPLICATION
Oil Refining
Refining unit generally refers to a series of process units that separate petroleum through distillation to produce kerosene, gasoline, diesel and other fuel oils that meet the needs of internal combustion engines. The by-products are LPG and residue, which are heavier than fuel oil and are chemically converted into fuel oil through thermal cracking, catalytic cracking and other processes.
CASE APPLICATION
Coal Chemical
Coal chemical plant refers to the process plant which takes coal as raw material and converts coal into gas, liquid and solid fuel and chemicals through chemical processing. The main processes include coal gasification, liquefaction, retorting, tar processing and calcium carbide acetylene chemical industry.
The main plants are: methanol, dimethyl ether, olefin and coal to oil.
CASE APPLICATION
Infrastructure
Utility plant refers to the general term of auxiliary facilities that maintain the normal operation of chemical plant. It mainly includes water supply and drainage, gas supply (steam), power supply, heating, cooling and so on.
The main devices are: substation, cogeneration of steam and electricity, circulating water station, air separation and air pressure, heat pipe network, sewage treatment, torch, plant front area, etc.
ENGINEERING PERFORMANCE
The advantages and specialty projects are mainly olefin and oil refining. The main achievements are as follows: 800,000 tons/year ethylene plant of Yangzi Petrochemical, 740,000 tons/year ethylene plant of Yangzi Petrochemical -- BASF Co., LTD., 1 million tons/year ethylene and Refining expansion Project of Hainan Refining and Chemical, 800,000 tons/year ethylene cracking project of Gulei Petrochemical, 12.5 million tons/year refining plant of Yangzi Petrochemical, 12 million tons/year refining plant of Sinochem Quanzhou Petrochemical Co., LTD Project.
