The course design starts from the five points of finding the problem point, grasping the key point, exploring the value point, grasping the excitement point and designing the entry point. It mainly consists of closed training for new employees, post training, "1+1" orientation training for new employees, and general quality training for professional quality and ability training.
Combined with the online learning system of engineering college, a sharing learning platform is built.
