Training Management

Mode of cultivation

　　Establish a "three-three system" training mode, namely three training stages: major training, professional training and multiple training, and three development paths: professional technology training, professional management training and cross-compound training. To promote the full staff, the whole process, all-round education, to build a high-level innovative talent training system.

Curriculum System

　　The course design starts from the five points of finding the problem point, grasping the key point, exploring the value point, grasping the excitement point and designing the entry point. It mainly consists of closed training for new employees, post training, "1+1" orientation training for new employees, and general quality training for professional quality and ability training.

Learning Platform

　　Combined with the online learning system of engineering college, a sharing learning platform is built.
