In order to speed up the new employees' understanding of the company, quickly integrate into the new environment and adapt to the new position as soon as possible, the eight-day pre-job training for new employees of the class of 2022 was carried out from July 4 to July 11, 2022. 28 new employees fully participated in the pre-job training. In order to let the new employees know the development history of the company and feel the site environment of the project, we organized four visit and exchange activities respectively to visit the History hall of the Nanhua Factory, the Yangtze Water Plant and the company exhibition hall. In view of the large number of new employees from other places, the pre-job training courses set up the organization of new employees to visit the Mausoleum of Sun Yat-sen in Nanjing and the Nanjing Museum, which enriched the content of induction training for new employees and enhanced the communication between them.
