· Improve the supervision and inspection mechanism·

When reporting at the quarterly regular meeting, the head of the department should deeply analyze the key and difficult issues of management, and actively share the successful experience of project management. All departments should learn from each other, learn from each other's strengths, carry forward the good practices of brother departments, and improve the overall management ability.
· Establish the concept of "safety first"
All employees of the company must firmly establish the concept of "safety first", implement the management requirements of "one post with two responsibilities", strictly implement on-site grid management, conduct daily JSA analysis meetings and make safety calls before shifts, and keep management records , Put an end to the phenomenon of formalism in safety management. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the supervision and inspection of the arrival of the contractor's management system personnel, increase the assessment of the main management personnel who have not been on duty for a long time, and report the abnormal operation of the contractor system to the owner in a timely manner.
· Strengthen the learning of the owner system·
All departments should organize employees to carefully study the latest system documents such as "Sinopec "7+1" Safety Management Regulations", "Yangzi Petrochemical "7+1" Management Regulations" and "Yangzi Petrochemical Interim Regulations on Hard Separation of On-site Construction Operations" and so on. Strictly implement in the work. At the same time, the QHSE department should regularly verify the project team's grasp of the owner's management system, conduct a thorough test of the learning effect of the owner's management system, and ensure that the system is implemented at the grassroots level.
· Strictly control the risk of general contract management ·
In the third quarter, a special action to improve the general contracting business management will be carried out. The first is to strengthen the compliance management when drafting the general contract, preparing planning documents, and formulating measures. The second is to trace the source of the problems discovered by the superior management department and self-examination, assign management responsibilities to individuals, and seriously assess the serious violations found on the spot. The third is to strengthen the assessment of subcontract management, and the assessment results should be fed back to relevant management departments in a timely manner.
· Implement system management responsibilities
In the third quarter, the company will fully complete the upgrade of system documents, and all departments should refine the corresponding training content according to the job responsibilities and requirements, so as to ensure that the system management responsibilities are effectively assigned to people. When carrying out the third-quarter system inspection, the QHSE department should focus on the establishment of the project management department's supervision and inspection mechanism for the project team, and verify the pertinence and effectiveness of the inspection content.
